Pressure washing is the application of the right amount of pressure on certain substrates to clean the surface from dirt and other contaminants. The pressure, not detergents, are responsible for the surface coming clean. Pressure washing is only used on appropriate surfaces.

Yes. We always use the customer's water source. Although we have a water tank on our trailers and bring our own water to start the project with, we constantly fill up our tanks to make sure we never run out.

Pressure washing is a cleaning method that uses a high flow of water that comes out of a high pressure nozzle. We pressure wash surfaces such as concrete, brick, and some kinds of stone. These materials can handle the more intense water pressure.


Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses cleaning detergents to clean instead of high pressure. Soft washing is safer, quicker, and more efficient than pressure washing for surfaces such as siding, wood, roofs, and stucco.


With the proper knowledge and equipment, combining the two methods makes for the ultimate cleaning result.

The average time it takes us for a house wash is in between 1-3 hours.

Yes! We wash decks! For the majority of the decks we clean we use a soft washing method with our deck cleaning solution! 

We use a low pressure nozzle that can reach up and clean over 4+ stories. We are also equipped with ladders if necessary, but the majority of the time we stay on the ground.

Keeping your roof clean of mold, mildew, algae, etc. prolongs the life of your roof. Extending the life of your shingles, tile, or whatever material your roof is made of will  prevent you from having to replace your roof. Regular composite shingles usually last 12-18 years, but with proper cleaning and maintenance they can last to up to 25+ to even 50+ years depending on the type of material your roof consists of. Please note this is not a guarantee or warranty. Mother nature treats each property differently, and based on environmental factors, some roofs have to be cleaned more often than others.

We suggest to get a house wash at least once a year.

We suggest roof cleanings every 2-5 years.

Yes. We are able to clean in the cold (sub -32). We have hot water capabilities to make sure our cleaning methods are still effective. Pressure washing in Cary doesn't come across this very often, but we come prepared in the winter to still clean your property.

For most properties in North Carolina, we recommend exterior cleaning every 12–24 months. However, buildings in high-humidity areas or near heavy tree coverage may benefit from more frequent service to prevent algae and mildew buildup.
